The Complete Guide to Your Dog's Nutrition Review -- Another Scam or What?
Sat, 08 Aug 2009 04:50:25 +0000

The AAFCO sets the standards for pet food safety and nutrition, and the testing completed by the AAFCO is used to decide whether or not specific ingredients are acceptable as pet foods. But the AAFCO will rate both high and low quality ingredients as being nutritionally adequate, because there is a demand for pet food in all cost ranges. So you need to learn how to read past the AAFCO approval statement on your dog food labels in the event you require to know what Buster is consuming.

The label tells us plenty of important facts and figures that may otherwise dissuade or persuade us from purchasing the food. In short, it is important to read the labels. To actually read that label, and not to give it a cursory glance, they will must first know a small something about what can be found there and what it means.

The first thing most of us notice on any label is the product name. The product name may also contain primary ingredient names such as “Beef Dog Chow”, or what kind of dog the food is intended for, such as “Puppies, Adult, Lactating”, etc.

If, in the product name, an ingredient is listed, say for example that “Beef Dog Chow”, that beef must be at least 95% of the total weight if there is no water necessary for processing, and at least 70% when water is included. So, for dry kibble, 95% of that weight needs to contain beef.

When the title contains “dinner, formula, nuggets,” and other similar words, the ingredient named must be at least 25% of the weight. So in a product named Lamb Dinner, 25% of the total weight for the product must be lamb.

But, if only ¼ of that whole product needs to consist of lamb, the lamb may not (and probably is not!) the main ingredient. Ingredients must be listed in a descending order of weight. So, although the bag says Lamb Dinner, the lamb may be fourth in order...

Model Train Help Review -- Another Scam or What?
Fri, 07 Aug 2009 04:48:06 +0000

Most model railroaders have far more cars (rolling stock) and locomotives than they can possibly operate directly. One option is to basically store excess rolling stock and locomotives in boxes or on display shelves or cabinets. It is feasible, however, to store all of your additional equipment and trains on tracks in a yard that may or may not be part of the visible operating portion of your model train layout.

However, design mistakes are a common feature of model railway yard layouts. Yards don't always work out as well as they ought to. A major cause is the dearth of available information on how to design a lovely model railway yard layout. Without the resources, model railroaders are forced in to lots of guesswork.

Model Train Yard Layout Compression

Apart from the dearth of available information on model railway yards, another cause for less than satisfactory model railway yard designs, is the necessity to compress a model railway layout in to the space available. 'Compression' is the model railroaders enemy, but in most cases, necessary.

Let's start by taking a look at the make up of actual classification yards. Usually, they are immense. They often consist of lots of smaller special-purpose rail yards, that collectively, add up to a complex array of train track.

It is commonplace for there to be three separate double-ended rail yards strung one after the other. These are designed to move train traffic effectively and usually comprise: an arrival yard, a classification yard, as well as a departure yard.

The Arrival Yard On Model Train Layouts

The arrival yard is where arriving trains drop off the cars of their train. The cars are then moved to the classification yard, being switched back and forth as necessary to get the right cars onto the right trains. The trains are then built out and moved to the departure yard. After getting a brand spanking new caboose and locomotive, they then proceed to their next location.

For more information on yard designs read the best-selling Model Train Help ebook by Robert Anderson (Highly Recommended).

Pianoforall Review -- Another Scam or What?
Sun, 02 Aug 2009 20:21:57 +0000

Many piano methods teach you how to play elderly traditional tunes because they are free from copyright. I HATE that! Who wishes to play (or listen to) a plonk plonk version of 'Oh Suzanna'?

Other methods focus on one style of playing - and you fundamentally learn how to play a dozen or so tunes and that is it - finish of story - and you require to pay for another process to learn more.

Pianoforall lays a FOUNDATION that can be applied in ANY direction and any musical style. When you learned how to read and write you didn't learn other peoples sentences - you learned the alphabet so that you could construct your OWN sentences. Pianoforall gives you the tools to play whatever style you require.

Pianoforall is the king of step by step methods. Every single exercise leads seamlessly in to the next so that as you progress you seldom feel out of your depth. Pianoforall also shows you ESSENTIAL techniques that other methods leave out because they don't look to your future learning needs.

Pianoforall makes use of a matchless combination of Keyboard Diagrams, Musical Notation, Audio and Video so that you learn by a method of 'Visual Association' - in other words you learn it FIRST using Keyboard Diagrams, Audio and Video and then you see what it looks like in musical notation - and your brain locks the four together. No other work has this! Sight reading sheet music is ESSENTIAL for your future learning because it opens a large realm of musical knowlege for you to draw on. Because Pianoforall teaches you how to Play By Ear AND sight read sheet music you will learn a lot more and at a far greater pace.

Pianoforall is like a great film where the more you see it the more you discover in it. Although you learn great Piano within days there is a lot in Pianoforall it will serve you well for years.
